Move In Ready Maintenance-What's included?

Kitchen

-Check and verify functional operation of all kitchen appliances.

-Verify GFCI function.

-Clean Dishwasher filter when applicable (a clean filter assures the unit will operate effectively and efficiently).

-Clean Refrigerator coil (Clean refrigerator coils allow for proper air flow to maximize efficiency and cooling ability ultimately extending the life of the unit by minimizing operational stress).

-Garbage Disposal Cleaning (Clean garbage disposal and clear drain lines of any restrictions).

Mechanicals

-Hot Water Tank Drain and Flush (flushes sediment buildup and contaminants allowing for the tank to operate as clean and efficient as possible).

-Furnace Filter blow out (clean current furnace filter by blowing high pressure air to remove dust and contaminate buildup).

-AC coil Cleaning (Wash away buildup that prevents proper air flow which hinders efficiency and causes operational stress on the unit).

-Check both Furnace and AC to verify operational.

Plumbing

-Visually inspect supply lines and connections for leaks

-Remove P traps and clean in all kitchen, bathroom, and utility room sinks verifying unrestricted drainage flow.*

-Remove and clean all filter screens on bathroom, and kitchen faucets allowing for maximum water flow and pressure.

-Clean all tub and shower drains and scope with camera to verify no water restrictions exist.*

-Drain and check bladder pressure on well pressure tank (if applicable).

-Verify well pressure switch is operating correctly to prevent unnecessary fluctuation in water pressure (if applicable).

Laundry

-Dryer vent cleaning (Minimize stress on the unit by allowing normal air flow. Airflow restriction can cause inefficient drying leading to higher operational cost and poses a potential fire hazard).

-Check operating function of washing machine and dryer if applicable.

-Inspect water supply lines and valves for leaks.
